CCD Wholesale Rice Grain Color Sorting Machine

Working Principle 

The rice color sorting machine is a processof screening different color particles and impurities in rice by CCD optical imaging technology. Rice grains are adjusted by alignment and shaping in the chute passage to form a single-layer rice flow with uniform velocity that slides out of the chute passage and falls into the CCD camera detection area.According to the data collected by CCD lens, the main control system of the color sorting machine analyzes and discriminates the meter flow, and used the high frequency electromagnetic valve to blow out the defective products in the meter flow and enter the defective products.
